5. Program selection
Use the buttons on the control panel to make your program selection. Each press
of a button will be confirmed by a sound signal.
• See the table on page 7
for the functions of the MENU, LOAF, / and
COLOUR buttons, and the programs they apply to.
• See the table on pages 10–11
for the types of bread for each program.
• See the table on page 16
for the options available under each program:
Loaf size:
This indicates which loaf size is available.
Crust:
This indicates that crust colour selection is available.
Rapid:
This indicates that the program time can be reduced by 1 hour
(approximately) when set to Rapid.
Delayed start:
This indicates that delayed start feature is available for this
program. For example, to start the program in 40 minutes,
press four times.
* Remember to set the timer to the delay period,
not
to the
time you want the program to finish. For example:
If it is now 8:00pm and you want your bread (a 750g Italian
loaf) ready at 7:00am the next morning (so in 11 hours), you
need to set the timer to 11:00, which is the delay period.
*
Keep in mind
not to use perishable ingredients
when
selecting a delayed start.
Total time:
This gives the total program time.
Dispenser:
This indicates that extra ingredients in the fruit and nut dispenser
will be added automatically during the baking process.
Keep warm
: This indicates that the machine will automatically enter a one hour
warm-keeping phase at the end of the baking time.
