14. #(FIGURE 14) Install the lower belt
4800008 (item 1) following the course
shown on Figure 14.

Engage by pushing the belt idler handle
downward (item 2).

(FIGURE 14a) Verify the position of the 3
1/2" idler pulley (item 1). The distance
between the outside of the 3 1/2" pulley
(item 1) and the upper side of the
snowblower's rear left bracket (item 3) must
be between 0" and 1/2". If it is not, release
the belt idler handle (Figure 14, item 2) by
pushing it upward. Adjust the height of the 4
15/16" idler pulley using the 3/8" NC x 2"
hex. bolt (item 2). Tighten securely.
15. (FIGURE 14) Attach the lifting arm (item 3)
to the snowblower subframe using 3/8" NC
x 1 1/4" hex. bolts (item 4), 3/8"
lockwashers and 3/8" NC hex. nut.

Install the plastic handle (item 5) on the
lifting arm (item 3).

Attach the rotation handle support (item 6)
to the snowblower subframe using 3/8" NC
x 1 1/4" hex. bolts (item 7), 3/8"
lockwashers and 3/8" NC hex. nuts.

Make sure to rest the belt guard (item 8) on
the back of the snowblower before securing
with the 5/16" NC x 3/4" handle (item 9).
