Operation

Roller pressure

The rollers' pressure against the crop is dependent on the nature and
quality of the crop.

•

At harvest, the pressure of the rollers should be increased for
grassy crops.

•

At harvest, the pressure of the rollers should be decreased for
clover and other leafy crops.

The pressure of the rollers against the crops is adjusted by means of
powerful springs on both sides of the machine.

The springs are factory-set to a stands of approximately 2 mm (
