If there are loose bolts, the following procedure should be followed:



Remove and clean the bolts.



Apply Loctite 242 or a similar product to all bolts.



Affix the bolts and tighten to the indicated torque.



Fit the top cover on the cone.



Fit the guard around the cutterbar's transmission.
