Installing the Hydraulic Components
(Figure 9)
1. Apply a few layers of thread
sealant on the male end of the 90

elbows (item 1) and attach each
elbow to the cylinder's hydraulic
(item 2A et 2B). Point the elbows
upward as illustrated on figure 9.
2. Apply a few layers of thread
sealant on the 3/8" male end of
each hose. Connect the 3/8" end
of the 1/4" x 58" hose (item 9) to
the 90

elbow (item 1) of hydraulic
port 2B. Connect the 3/8" end of
the 1/4" x 64" hose (item 8) to the
90

elbow (item 1) of hydraulic
port 2A.
3. Apply a few layers of thread
sealant to the 1/4" NPT end of
each hose (items 8 et 9). Install
the dust plugs (item 4) as well as
the female quick couplers (item 7)
to the 1/4" NPT male end of each
hose (item 8 et 9). Attach a red
identification ring (item 5) to the
lower hose (item 2A) and a blue
identification ring (item 6) to the
upper hose (item 2B).
