6.2.2 Tapered shaft encoder
The fastening screw of the tapered shaft must be tightened with a torque of 3Nm. The stator coupling
is fastened with four M3 screws tightened with a torque of 1 Nm and secured against loosening. The
user or the installation company that mounts the encoder must make sure that the fastening method
complies with the safety requirements in force.
Max. permissible tolerances for the shaft connection:

Axial offset:
< +/- 0,25 mm [0.0098]
If they are dirty,
•
Radial offset:
< +/- 0,20 mm [0.0079]
the encoder and the drive shaft
•
Angular offset:
< 1°
must be cleaned and degreased.

6.2.2 Drehgeber mit Konuswellenausführung
Die Befestigungsschraube der Konuswelle muss mit 3 Nm angezogen werden. Für die
Befestigung der Statorkupplung müssen vier M3 Schrauben mit 1 Nm angezogen und gegen
Lösen gesichert werden. Der Betreiber oder der Installationsbetrieb, der den Drehgeber befestigt,
muss sicherstellen, dass die Befestigungsmethode den gültigen Sicherheitsanforderungen
entspricht.
Max. zulässige Toleranzen der Wellenverbindung:
- Axialversatz: < +/- 0,25 mm
- Radialversatz: < +/- 0,20 mm
- Winkelversatz: < 1°
Die Drehgeber- und Antriebswelle
sind bei Verschmutzung zu säubern
und zu entfetten.
