MAINTENANCE WORK ON CHASSIS AND ENGINE

Stand the vehicle upright.

–

Remove the screw cap



with the membrane



–

Press the brake caliper by hand on to the brake disc in order to press back the brake
piston. Make sure that no brake fluid escapes from the brake fluid reservoir. If it does,
clean it up.

Info

Make sure when pushing back the brake piston that you do not press the brake
caliper against the spokes.

Remove the safety clip



, knock the pin



out to the left, and remove the brake lin-

ings.

Clean brake caliper and brake caliper support.
