Calibration
Follow the steps below to calibrate each liquid source. It is recommend to calibrate each
liquid source twice a day.
1. System → Calibration
2. Navigate to the pump stand being calibrated
3. Set both valves on pump stand to calibrate and then jog the
pump until the liquid to the zero line on the calibration tube
4. Set the desired Pump Speed and Time (typical starting points are 15% speed
and 180 sec. and then press “UPDATE”
5. When ready to start the calibration process, press “START”
6. Once the time is complete and the pump turns off, read the liquid level
on the calibration tube and enter it in the Tube field on the touch screen.
7. Press “CALCULATE”
8. Calibration is complete for the loaded container and pump stand. Return the valve under the
calibration tube drain, and let the liquid return to the tank.
Prime Liquid Lines
Before beginning to treat, ensure that there is liquid all the way to the atomizer by jogging or running
the pump until the liquid is just dribbling onto the atomizer disk. Priming the lines to the atomizer is
something that should be done anytime the system has sat idle for an extended period of time.
