Transport/Temporary Storage/Disposal

CAUTION

Non-compliance with permissible cable bending radius

Damage to the cable!

Observe the permissible minimum bending radius indicated in the
manufacturer's data sheet; consult KSB, if necessary.

3.1

Transport

DANGER

The pump (set) could slip out of the suspension arrangement.

Danger to life from falling parts!

▷

Transport the pump (set) as shown.

▷

Never attach the suspension arrangement to the free shaft end of the motor.

▷

Refer to the weights given in the general arrangement drawing.

▷

Observe the local accident prevention regulations.

▷

Use suitable, permitted lifting tackle, e.g. self-tightening lifting tongs.

To transport the pump/pump set suspend it from the lifting tackle as shown.
