To install the tine arms:
In order to install the tine arms the machine must be in working position (lowered tine arms).
Lower the rotor only when you are absolutely sure that neither persons, animals nor objects are
in the swivel range of the tine arms.

Insert the tine arm into the roteo, ensuring that the follower roller (1) is inserted into the
running track of the cam track.
Note
The follower roller is securely inserted in the running track when no play is noted with the
movement of the tine arms.
•
Secure the tine arm (2) with 4 screws (3) and a washer (4) (do not tighten screws yet!).
Note
The screws are tightened once all the tine arms are installed.
•
Fit rubber element (5).
•
Install the next tine arm and secure with screws (3) and washers (4).
•
Repeat the procedure until all tine arms are installed.
•
Turn 1x rotor 360 degrees manually. The rotor should turn smoothly. If this is not the
case, the tine arms have not been installed as instructed. The fault must be remedied so
that rotor can be turned smoothly.
•
Tighten tine arms exterting a torque of 105 Nm on washers (4,6) and nuts (7).

Note
In order to fit the rotor arms for the rear rotor, the last two tine arms must be mounted at the
same time.
