Installation and operation instructions
BEFORE CONTACTING THE SERVICE
If your freezer is not functioning properly,
it may be due to a minor problem, so check
the following.
• Whether items placed on the refrigerator
vibrate.
If the food in the refrigerator is not
cooled enough
Your freezer is designed to operate within
the ambient temperature ranges specified in
the specifications, according to the climate
class indicated on the information label.
We do not recommend operating the
refrigerator if the outside temperature does
not meet the indicated temperature limits,
as this may affect the cooling capacity of the
unit.
Device not functioning Possible
reasons:
• There is a power outage;
• The mains plug is not inserted properly or
is not fixed;
• The thermostat is in the "•" position;
• The socket is defective. To test this,
connect a device that works for sure.
The device is not functioning
properly
Possible reasons:
• Device overload;
• The doors are not tightly closed;
• There are not enough ventilation ducts in
the kitchen, information about which is
contained in the installation manual.
• Tropical class is defined for ambient
temperatures between 10°C and 32°C.

If the freezer is noisy
The refrigerant vapor circulating in the
closed circuit of the freezer may produce a
slight noise (like the sound of bubbling) even
when the compressor is not running. Do not
worry. This is normal.
If the sounds are different from those listed
above, check the following:
• Is the device properly installed as
described in the installation guide.
