f. Fuel quality requirements
Pellets
Sawdust granulate (pellets) made to EN 303-5:2012 / PN- EN ISO 17225-2: 2014
class C1 / A1, A2, B, are the basic type of fuel used in the Twin Bio Luxury boiler
Specyfikacja pelletu A1:
• granulation (diameter) 6±1mm;
• pellet length 3,15 ≤ L ≤ 40
• recommended caloric value 16500 – 19000 kJ/kg
• ash content ≤ 0.7%
• moisture content ≤ 10 %
• ciężar właściwy (density) ≥ 600 kg/m

Drewno
Dodatkowo w kotle Twin Bio Luxury można zamontować ruszta żeliwne
do spalania drewna w kawałkach. Aby osiągnąć nominalną moc kotła, należy
stosować jako paliwo suche drewno o wilgotności maksymalnej do 20 % co
odpowiada 18 miesiącom suszenia drewna pod przykryciem. Zastosowanie
polan o większych wymiarach ( pociętych na grubsze kawałki )przedłuża czas
spalania jednego załadunku nawet do 8 godzin.

AFFECT THE COMBUSTION PROCESS AND DAMAGE THE DEVICE.
g. Selecting the nominal heat output of a boiler
The nominal boiler heat output must correspond to the heat demand. The heat
demand for domestic hot water and central heating systems is determined in
accordance with relevant standards and regulations. The process heat demand
is calculated in accordance with the relevant requirements of the production
processes for an individual plant. The nominal heat output of the boiler must
be selected by an authorised person based on thorough calculations. Do not
oversize the boiler.
h. System venting
Water heating system venting must conform to the relevant standards and
regulations.
5. Boiler specifications
The Twin Bio Luxury boiler is a low temperature boiler with a three flue gas
passes combustion circuit. Its design is characterised by appropriate shape and
length. The advantages of this solution include its lesser susceptibility to ash
deposits on the exchanger’s walls and baffles.
The ash falls into the ash pan by gravity. This guarantees excellent boiler
operating conditions: high efficiency, high durability thanks to an advanced
heat exchanger and low emission of hazardous substances. The boiler was
manufactured in accordance with the EN 303-5:2012 standard.
