Test Results Options
Test results may be handled several different ways, as shown in the
illustration below.
• View on screen. Results appear on the screen automatically at the end
of the test. If there were test quality issues, more information may be
obtained by clicking
Click to View Issues dropdown menu next to the
quality score towards the lower left corner of the screen.
• Edit Client Info. If needed, the client’s height, weight, date of birth, and
gender may be edited.
• Edit Effort. Change the client’s answer to whether they performed a
maximum effort or not during the test.
•
Edit AT. Manually adjust aerobic threshold (AeT) or anaerobic threshold (AT)
utilizing either the ventilatory method, or the metabolic method. On both
options, select CLEAR to undo any changes. When ready to adjust either
threshold, select the circle at the bottom to specify adjustment of AeT or AT.
Click anywhere on graph, or drag vertical threshold line to manipulate data
point. After changes are made, click green SAVE button to apply changes
.
o Ventilatory method gives visual reference of two different graphs:
First is a scatterplot showing minute ventilation (Ve) as the VCO2
increases during the test. Second is the ratio of Ve in comparison to
oxygen utilized, and CO2 expired. Represented as Ve/VO2 &
Ve/VCO2 vs Time.
o
Metabolic method gives visual to two different graphs. First is a
scatterplot showing VCO2 and VO2 over the course of the test.
Second is the VO2, VCO2, and HR over the course of the test.
•
Edit Zone Method . Gives options to adjust workout zones based on AT
threshold method, % VO2 Max, % HR Max, % HR AT, or Manual
Selection.

AT Threshold- select to use the fixed zones where:
Zone1 is beginning heart rate to 85% of AT heart rate.
