2.1 Rack Mounting Installation

The Rack Mount Kit is attached inside the package.

2.1.1

Attach the brackets to the device using the screws provided in the Rack Mount

kit.

2.2.2

Mount the device in the 19’ rack, using four rack-mounting screws provided by

the rack manufacturer.

When installing multiple switches, mount them in the rack one below the other.

Notice when installing:

Temperature: Check if the rack environment temperature conforms to the specified operating

temperature range.

Mechanical Loading: Do no place any equipment on top of the switch

Grounding: Rack-mounted equipment should be properly grounded.

2.2 Safety
