4.6.1 24 V control supply, " Dual" model
For the control supply you need an external 24 V power supply unit that is connected to
the ServoOne CM-P supply unit - for details see Operation Manual SO CM-P
(1800.201 B.x). The 24 V are distributed to the entire ServoOne CM axis group via the
busbars (see Figure 4.4).

Note:
The 24 V DC busbar fittings are
to be tightened to a torque of
2.1 Nm.

4.6 Connection of the supply voltages
The power supply for all devices in an axis group is provided separately for the control
section and power section. The control section receives its 24 V supply from the
switched-mode power supply in the supply unit via the upper busbar (+24 V DC and
GND).
The power section, e.g. in an axis controller in the axis group, also receives its DC link
supply from the supply unit via the lower busbar (DC Link+ and DC Link-).

Make sure all devices in a multi-axis group are aligned
in a line along the top edge of the devices.
See Figure 3.1

Always connect first the 24 V control supply
for the axis controllers.
For this purpose use the pre-assembled
busbar elements as per Figure 4.4. To be
able to rotate the busbar elements it is
necessary to unscrew the screws slightly.

Only connect the DC link supply when you want to
place the axis controllers in operation.
If you want to use several axis controllers, all DC Link+
connections and all DC Link- connections must be
connected together.
For this purpose also use the pre-
assembled busbar elements. To be able to
rotate the busbar elements it is necessary
to unscrew the screws slightly.
4.
Once all busbar elements have been fitted, the screws
must be re-tightened!
CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to incorrect wiring!
Carelessness may result in injuries.
Make sure that all connections have good contact and are sufficiently secure (2.1 Nm)
that they cannot come loose. On the usage of connection elements that do not meet the
requirements, LTI Motion does not provide any guarantee for stable, reliable operation.
