The va-
cuum-sealing
procedure of
the plastic bag
does not oc-
cur properly
1. The plastic bag has been placed in the retaining
block and / or beyond the stop line for the plastic
bags: pull out the plastic bag and place it the proper
position.
2. The plastic bag shows folds and it is not properly
stretched out.
3. The plastic bag has holes or cuts: replace the
plastic bag.
4. The amount of food in the plastic bag is excessi-
ve: make sure the amount of food inside the plastic
bag does not exceed the maximum limit allowed (do
not exceed ¾ of the volume of the plastic bag)
5. The vacuum-sealing does not occur properly: ple-
ase check if the device is properly free of any object
or possible residue which may impede the right va-
cuum operation.
6. The sealing procedure of the lower end of the pla-
stic bag has not been done in the right manner: ple-
ase remove the food from the plastic bag and then
seal it in the proper way.
7. The vacuum-sealing procedure does not start
anyway: make sure to comply with the timing requi-
red by the operation to start (interval of use of 25
seconds).
After the va-
cuum-sealing
procedure, the
plastic bags
gradually infla-
te
1. If in the plastic bag there are some sharp pro-
ducts which may pierce the plastic bag: remove
those products and, after this, repeat the wrapping
procedure.
2. If the plastic bag is perfectly intact but it inflates
anyway: some kind of food may release gases ac-
cording to their nature. Make sure to check carefully
their suitability for the vacuum-sealing preservation
procedure before operating the appliance.
