PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
In case of any malfunction, please check the following

If the appliance
does not fun-
ction and the
power cord is
plugged in the
power socket
1. The power cord and / or the power cord are dama-
ged: stop immediately using the device and contact
with a qualified technician for an eventual repair.
2. Excessive use of the device: stop immediately using
it and comply with the timing specified in the “descrip-
tion of product functions” paragraph
If the sealing
procedure of
the plastic bag
does not oc-
cur properly
1. If the plastic bag is folded or has an uneven ope-
ning: please, check if the plastic bag is placed pro-
perly and its quality itself.
2. The lid of the appliance is not fixed properly:
check the closing of the lid and check also lateral
blocks are well fixed and into their place.
3. The sealing and vacuum indicators do not light up
and / or there is no noise during the vacuum proce-
dure of the plastic bag: please, remove immediately
the power cord from the power socket and contact
with a qualified technician for an eventual repair.
