If the App does not automatically open the
Wi-Fi settings screen on your device manually
open the Wi-Fi settings on your
smartphone/tablet. Connect to the Wi-Fi
hotspot name (9) shown in the previous step.
There is no Wi-Fi password. Once connected
use the back key to return to the Smart Life
App
The App will then transfer the Wi-Fi settings
to the Climateasy 12R2. This step may take a
few minutes to complete. If this step is
unsuccessful retry the step when prompted
by the App. If the second attempt to add the
Climateasy 12R2 fails refer to the
troubleshooting section later in this guide.

If the Climateasy 12R2 is successfully added
to the App, the App will then allow the unit
to be associated with one of the rooms
defined for the active

family
’
profile.
