6.6.2.2.

Encoding

The functions of this unit is quite different from “Channel Settings” in 6.3.2.1. Channel

Settings is to configure the resolutions of the image in the channel. Encoding settings are to

configure the configurations of PGM and PGM 2 channels in Movie mode in order to adjust the

resolutions of live broadcasting channels in recording mode.

A.

Resolution:

Major Codes: 1920*1080, 1280*720, 960*540



Minor Codes: 960*540, 640*360, 480*270, 720*576, 352*288

B.

Codec: adopts H.264 video compression format

C.

BitRate: from 48Kbps to 20Mbps adjustable. The default BitRate of Major stream is

4000Kbps; the Minor Stream is 400Kbps.

D.

FPS: from 10 to 60 FPS adjustable. The default is 25 FPS

E.

GOP: duration between 1 FPS. The default is 30S
