1.2 Board-Specific Information
The CP6016 is a CompactPCI single-board computer based on the Intel® Core™2 Duo
processor built on 45-nm process technology and specifically designed for use in highly
integrated platforms with solid mechanical interfacing for a wide range of industrial environment
applications.
Some of the CP6016's outstanding features are:
• Intel® Core™2 Duo processor, T9400 (SV), 2.53 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB, 6 MB L2 cache
• 479-pin µFCBGA package
• 64 kB L1 and 6 MB L2 cache on-die, running at CPU speed
• Intel® 5100 Memory Controller Hub chipset with Intel® 82801IR I/O Contr. Hub 9R (ICH9R)
• Up to 8 GB registered DDR2 SDRAM memory with ECC running at 667 MHz (PC2-5300)
on two SO-RDIMM sockets
• ATI ES1000 2D graphics controller with 64 MB of DDR2 memory via a 32-bit/33 MHz PCI
interface
• Analog display support for up to 1600 x 1200 pixels at 16-bit and 75 Hz
• 64-bit/66 MHz PCI or PCI-X CompactPCI interface (PICMG 2.0)
• PMC interface with rear I/O support and bezel cutout on the front panel as well as PCI
functionality, 64-bit/66 MHz PCI or 64-bit/133 MHz PCI-X interface
• XMC interface utilizing a x8 lane PCI Express interconnection
• Five Gigabit Ethernet interfaces:

Three Gigabit Ethernet interfaces on front I/O
