Front Panel Adapter Cable 37-Pin to 4x 9-Pin
2.3.2.
A four-channel front panel adapter cable that is connected to the 37-pin front panel connector terminates on the user
side with four male 9-pin D-Sub connectors that include the channel signals. The following table shows the pin
assignment of the adapter’s 9-pin D-Sub connectors.
Do not connect external wiring to the connector pins if signals are not indicated in the table
6 below or are marked with NC. Failure to comply may result in damage to your board.

The CPLD is pre-programmed during the manufacturing process via a 12-pin male dual row JTAG/ISP connector,
known as Con3 within this user guide.
CompactPCI Connector
2.3.4.
The CP347’s CompactPCI connector is known as Con1 within this user guide and is located at the rear of the CP347.
The CompactPCI connector Con1 corresponds to the CompactPCI connector known as J1 within the CompactPCI
specification. For information regarding the pin assignment of the CompactPCI connector, refer to the CompactPCI
Specification.
