Box-PC SC-85 – User Manual

Installation Instructions

Expansion cards installation should be performed before
mounting the Box-PC onto a wall. Refer to the chapter
“Accessing Internal Components”.

Leave sufficient space at the interface side for connecting the
peripheral devices.

Important Instructions!

First mount only the cover onto the wall and then connect the
Box-PC by means of QCM (Quick Change Mechanism).

Ensure there is sufficient air circulation around the device when
installing the Box-PC. The openings for air intake and exhaust on
the device must not be obstructed.

Leave at least 5 cm of space free around the Box-PC to prevent
the device from possibly overheating!

The voltage feeds must not be overloaded. Adjust the cabling
and the external overcharge protection to correspond with the
electrical data indicated on the type label.

The type label is located on the front side of the Box-PC.

For DC power supplies please observe that the supply circuit
must withstand loads minimum 50A for the 24V power supply.
