Receiving a fax with size reduction
If a transmitted fax is longer than the size of your paper, your
Minoltafax 1100 will normally print the incoming fax on two pages. You
can prevent this by setting your fax machine to automatically print
incoming faxes at a size reduction ratio of 90%, 84% or 70%. The default
setting is 90%.
Incoming faxes can be reduced in size so that they fit on one page
of paper.

Press the [MENU] key six
times. Confirm your choice via
the [SET] key.

Press the [MENU] key twice.
Confirm your choice via the
[SET] key.

Enter the digits [5] and [5] for
software switch 55. Confirm your
choice via the [SET] key.

Enter the respective code:

00 (100% - no reduction)

01 (90%)
❍
02 (84%)
❍
03 (70%)

Press the [SET] key.
The setting in now programmed.

Press the [STOP] key twice to
return to the standard display.

Setting is permanent!
This setting remains active until it is programmed to a different setting.
