7. Insert the mounting bracket B into the round hole
at the rail.
8. Hold up the mounting bracket B and insert the
rail. Insert the protrusion of the mounting bracket
B into the round hole on the base of the large
capacity unit (two screws).
9. Slide the large capacity unit towards the main unit
and lock it.
10. Open the manual feed tray section in order to
check a gap (3.0mm ± 2.0mm) is ensured
between the main unit and the large capacity
unit.
Note:
• If there is no gap between the main unit and the
large capacity unit, the large capacity unit has
been placed too close to the main unit. In this
case, follow step 11 or later and adjust the
height of the large capacity unit.
• If there is an appropriate gap between the two
units, go to step 27 without making the height
adjustment.
11. Remove the large capacity unit from the main
unit and open the upper door of the large capac-
ity unit.
