misfeed at fusing/
exit section • The exit sensor (PS 8 ) is not unblocked even after the lapse of a given period of
time after the media has blocked PS 8 .
• The media does not unblock the sensor on the AD control board (ADCB) even
after the lapse of a given period of time after it has blocked the exit sensor
(PS
8 ) during media feeding from the duplex option.
Detection of media
left in fusing/exit
section • The exit sensor (PS 8 ) is blocked when the power switch is turned ON, a door or
cover is opened and closed, or a misfeed or malfunction is reset.
