Clearing a blocked pipe system
Open the slide on the intake nozzle completely, or
raise the intake nozzle clear of the material to see if
the blower itself can clear the system.
If this is not possible, separate and empty the pipe
system. Adjust the slide on the intake nozzle for maxi-
mum conveying capacity.
Selection of intake nozzle
Use the correct intake nozzle for your conveying job
to ensure maximum conveying capacity and easiest
operation.
Universal intake nozzle
Designed to be used for most suction jobs out of full
grain bins or flat storage. Also suitable for final floor
clean up operation. The handle is removable.
Clean up nozzle
Designed for final floor clean up. Provides a lower con
-
veying capacity than the universal nozzle but is easier
to operate in a clean up situation, as it is designed to
be used together with the OK160 polyurethane hose.
The polyurethane hose is connected with a standard
OK200 suction line by means of a transition piece
(item No. 122 000 829). The nozzle is equipped with
wheels and a swivel between nozzle and hose to re-
lieve possible twisting on the nozzle.
Round intake nozzle
Designed for stationary suction out of full storage bins
through hole in the bin wall. Also suitable to be used
inside round bins or flat storage areas to remove he
-
aps of grain before the final clean up begins.
Long intake nozzle
Designed for suction from deep grain pits. May be
extended with 65 cm sections. In order to obtain
maximum capacity, the long suction head must be
mounted vertically.
