prevents the accidental come out of INDY EVO.
The features of the rope used for manufacturing of :
- KONGLINE ø 10.5 mm are:sheath slippage Ss: 0
mm, elongation E: 3%, relative mass of sheath Sp:
46,8%,relative mass of core material C: 53,2%, mass
per unit of length M: 73 g/m,shrinkage R: 3,5%.
- KONGLINE ø 11 mm are:
sheath slippage Ss: 5 mm, elongation E: 3.3%, relative
mass of sheath Sp: 40%, relative mass of core material
C: 60%, mass per unit of length M: 80 g/m, shrinkage
R:1,9%.
Important: this device has been projected to be used
combined with:
- Anchor points conform to EN 795,
- Connectors with safety sleeve, conform to EN 362 and
/ or EN 12275,
- harnesses conform to EN 361 and / or EN 12277,
- Emergency equipments conform to EN 1498.
Warning:
INDY EVO is not suitable in a fall arrest system.
Important:
- During the positioning of the device, you have to make
sure that:
- the anchor point of the flexible line is positioned above
the user’s head and that conforms to EN 795
- the KONGLINE or the rope is not loose between the
anchor point and the user,
- the abseling is not obstructed by obstacles,
- Remaining in a safe position, check that the device is
working properly, every time you use it
- Rain and ice may hinder or reduce the performance of
the device,
- In case of works at a height, it is safer to combine INDY
EVO with a second safety rope fitted with a device
according to standard EN 12841 type A.
- the devices that remain installed in work sites must be
properly protected against weather.

8.1 – How to insert the KONGLINE or rope
- Insert the KONGLINE between the drums (fig. 2),
- Keep the lever open and insert the KONGLINE between
the cam and the upper drum (fig. 3),
- Close the mobile side plate and lock it with a connector
fitted with a gate locking device (Fig. 4).

- Connect the terminal with loop (I) of KONGLINE at the
