Is the voltage over 0.5V when
the elevator is not running?

Defective V3F16L.

NOTE!
When elevator is not running
the voltage should be around
0.4V-0.5V.
When elevator is running the
value is dependent on the type
of elevator but could be like
1.5V to light direction and 4V to
heavy direction.
