To place the rack properly in the oven (Figure 13), insert it on the desired guide level, put it
down in the direction (1) and push it to the end (2). The rack guard shall face the rear wall of
the oven. When pulling the rack out with the full tray on it, its shape and the guide will prevent
accidental overturning, which is useful for safe determining the progress of food being cooked
and its overturning during the cooking.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN OPERATION
Attention !
Risk of burns !
During the operation, the oven gets hot. Be careful not to
touch the heaters inside the oven while in operation !
When using the oven for the first time, let the empty oven operate at the temperature of
approx. 250
0
C for 30 minutes to burn out various products used during the manufacture and
thus to eliminate unpleasant smell. Ventilate the room. The oven is provided with a thermostat
control.
Wait for the oven to cool down and then clean it with warm water and a little of dishwashing
liquid.
The desired temperature is set by means of the operation control
knob (Figure 14) which, in addition to numbers indicating the oven
temperature when both heating elements are in operation, has the
following symbols:
- oven light ON
- only the lower heater ON. Suitable for cooking with the heat coming solely from the
bottom, food reheating, cookware sterilisation or slow cooking. Please note that oven
temperature selection is not possible in this operating mode.
- only the upper heater ON. Suitable for reheating of food (with the tray placed on 3
rd
rack
guide) or thawing (with the tray placed on the 1
st
rack guide). Oven temperature selection is
not possible.
Set the oven temperature control knob to the desired temperature.
The desired temperature is achieved when the red indicator goes off. Put the pan with food on:

rd
guide to bake low dough, biscuits, etc.
- 2
nd
guide to cook high dough, meat, etc.
