When repairing the electrical system, disconnet the battery in
order to stop the flow of current.

IMPORTANT

☞

•

Disconnect first the negative earth cable (-) and then the
positive cable (+).
At the end of the operation, reconnect first the positive ca-
ble (+) and then the negative cable (-).

•

If electrical welding operations are to be carried out on the ma-
chine, it is necessary to disconnect the battery and also the al-
ternator.

•

Start the engine only when correctly seated in the driving posi-
tion.

•

Do not attempt to start the engine by causing a short-circuit
with the terminals of the starter. This may cause fires, serious
injuries and even death in case of sudden or accidental move-
ments of the machine.
