Tools and Materials

Before You Begin

Installation Sequence –

For a successful installation of this unique product, it is critical that you

follow the installation sequence to prevent costly repairs and rework.

Water Supply Requirements –

The showering tower is a high-flow water product that requires

dedicated 3/4

″

water supply lines.

Water Pressure Requirements –

For optimum performance, we recommend a minimum of 45 psi

(3.16 kg/cm2) running water pressure. For installations where the water pressure is inadequate,
consider installing a booster pump.

Hot Water Supply –

We recommend a hot water system capable of providing hot water equivalent

to, or greater than a First Hour Rating (FHR) of 80 gallons (302.8 L). Consult with your water heater
manufacturer’s recommendations to achieve a FHR of 80 gallons (302.8 L). A FHR of 80 gallons
(302.8 L) is equivalent to a typical dedicated 80 gallon (302.8 L) electric water heater.

Avoid Damage –

Remove your rings, wristwatch, and any other items which may accidentally

scratch or damage the tower or shower door surfaces during installation.

Tower Support –

For a safe and durable installation, ensure that the wall at the installation location

is adequately reinforced.

Tower Installation Considerations –

Install the tower to a flat wall surface. Because the shower

arms pivot to the sides, make sure there are no walls or accessories located perpendicular to the
tower within 22

″

(56 cm) of the tower center.

Ventilation –

A good ventilation system is recommended to maintain an acceptable humidity level

in you bathroom while this product is in use.

Shower Enclosure –

A minimum shower enclosure size of 50

″

(127 cm) side-to-side, by 42

″

(106.7

cm) deep, by 94

″

(238.8 cm) high is recommended.

Product Inspection –

Carefully unpack and inspect all the components for damage. To protect

against damage, return all components to the carton until ready to install.
