Cleansing Seat Troubleshooting

the power back on.

Remote control tells you
the backup battery is low.

Backup batteries are dead.

Lights Troubleshooting
Symptoms

1. Back panel lights do not
illuminate.
A. Light is not enabled. A. Activate the light using the remote
control by selecting: [lighting] and
moving the scroll bar up for
[ambient light] .
B. Light is burned out. B. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
2. The bowl light is
unexpectedly blinking at
night.
A. The light is the UV cleaning
indicator. The UV cleaning cycle
is in process.
A. No action needed.
3. The welcome light and/or
nightlight are not lit.
A. The welcome light and/or
nightlight are not enabled.
A. Using the remote control, enable
the lights by selecting: [settings] >
[feature settings] > [lighting] and
then enabling the desired features
by selecting the corresponding
radio button.
4. The back panel lights are
the wrong color.
A. Change the default color. A. Using the remote control, enable
the lights by selecting [lighting] ,
then selecting the [ambient light]
tab. Click on the color square
under
[default color]
until the
desired color appears.
5. The back panel lights do
not change color.
A. The light setting is [default
color] .
A. Using the remote control, enable
the lights by selecting [lighting] ,
then selecting the
[ambient light]
tab. Select the
[by date]

options.
