Periodically clean the cooker and ensure to remove any oil and dirt before storing.

Store the electric pressure cooker at least 30cm away from other kitchen appliances.
Clean After Use

Clean after each use.
2.
Before cleaning and maintenance, unplug the power cord and ensure the
appliance has cooled down.
3.
Remove the lid and inner pot, clean with detergent first, then rinse well with water
and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
4.
Clean the internal side of the lid with water, the seal ring, block proof cover, exhaust
valve core and float valve can be removed for washing. Ensure each component is
correctly installed after washing then dry the internal side of lid with cloth.
5.
Wipe and clean the cooker body with a soft dry cloth. Do not immerse the cooker
body in water or spray water to it.
Note:
1.
Exhaust valve:
Remove the exhaust valve from the lid. Clean the internal side of
the exhaust valve and float valve of the lid with a brush and cloth at least once a
month.
2.
Sealing gate:
Remove any oil and dirt from the sealing gate with detergent and
brush. Oil and dirt may turn in yellowish if left to build up. After washing, it may
return to its original colour. It is suggested to clean the sealing gate once in every 2
months.
3.
Water box:
After cooking, water may build up in the water box of the external pot.
Any water in the box should be dried with a clean cloth before storage to avoiding
bad odours.
Stainless inner pot
Never store acidic or preserved foods in the inner pot for an extended period. Do not keep
warm for longer than 2 hours.
Note:
The inner pot’s finish may discolour after sustained use or scrubbing. This is normal
and won't impact the operation of the product.
