CCD - “Auto White Balance (AWB)”
Adjustment Specification
Important
Do not use the CAMERA DOCK in this procedure.
Prerequisites:
None
To Check:
You cannot check this adjustment.
Purpose:
To measure and store the values for the color balance of red, green and blue for the CCD.
Do When:
• The color of the images is not correct.
• After installing a new:
– CP1 BOARD - MCU
– MONITOR LCD AY
– LENS AY
Specification:
The test results must comply with the specification values.
• “AGC”
– a1<1023
– a2<1023
– a3<1023
– a4<1023
– a5<1023
• “CHECK”
– wc0=128+/-2
– wc1=128+/-2
– wc2=130+/-40
• “MS”
– 2400<ms1<3500
– 2600<ms2<3800
• “MS_M”
– 2400<ms3<3600
– 2600<ms4<3700
