on the Service screen displays the screen below.

to enter the current date into the Service History log as the date

of a filter change.

Ping - Service Menu Choice

Selecting

Ping

on the Service screen tests the network connection between

the Imager and any modality on the network. You must know the IP address
of the modality you wish to test.
A keypad appears for entry of the IP address. To send a Ping, enter the IP
address of the modality and touch

. The Imager sends a test packet to

the modality and waits for a reply.

If the Ping is successful, the following message screen appears:
