Date & time
Set time, time zone, and date: Use Automatic, or override to set manually.
Time format: Select from 12 or 24 hour formats.
Date format: Select from a variety of formats.

USB debugging: To communicate with the phone directly via USB, select ‘USB
debugging’ check box.
Stay awake: To prevent the phone from sleeping while charging (via power
adapter or USB), select ‘Stay awake’ check box.
About phone
View the model number and version information for the phone.
View status of the phone: This screen lists a variety of information, including
phone number, network connection, the type of network, signal strength,
roaming, WLAN connections, etc.
4 ActiveSync
Data synchronization
Some applications on the phone give access to the same personal information
that can be added, viewed, and edited on a computer using Web applications.
When adding, changing, or deleting information in any of these applications on
the Web, the updated information also appears on the phone, and vice versa.
This
mirroring
of
information
happens
through
over-the-air
data
synchronization, or data “syncing”. Data syncing occurs in the background and
shouldn’t ever get in the way. Data is being synchronized when the sync icon
appears in the status bar:
