OPERATION 

Automatic power cut-off

If the oven operates any heating function for 

a long (excessive) period of time, heating 

elements are disconnected.

If all the heating elements are disconnected, 

this is indicated by a flashing 

 symbol.

Touch and hold   for 2 seconds to deactivate 

the automatic power cut-off. After this, the 

appliance shows current time.

Main Menu \ Preset Programmes

Stop the carousel and touch the Preset Pro-

grammes menu item to enter the submenu. 

Another way to select a menu item is to touch 

OK when the carousel has stopped. The fol-

lowing Preset Programmes are available:

a) Meat

b) Poultry

c) Pizza

d) Frozen products

e) Pastries

f) Steam programmes 

g) Low temperature baking

h) Additional programmes

Example of using a preset programme 

with a core temperature probe

Stop the carousel and touch the Meat menu 

item to enter the submenu containing the 

relevant items: pork, beef, veal, lamb. Stop 

the carousel and touch the Pork menu item 

to enter the screen with the 

 symbol flash

-

ing.

If the core temperature probe is not connected 

to the socket, the START icon is inactive. 

Plug in the core temperature probe and the   

symbol will stop flashing. You can now start 

the programme. If the core temperature probe 

is not plugged in within 3 minutes, the appli-

ance will show current time. Touch START to 

start the programme. Cooling fan, light and 

fan heater will be on.
