8.6 Installation of sealing tape
The mains socket must also be accessible after the device has been
installed.
!
• Prior to the electrical connection, please read the
data on the rating plate of the device, which is lo-
cated inside the device. Make sure that the voltage
of the socket corresponds to the voltage on the
rating plate.
• Do not remove the rating plate because it contains
important information.
• The provided plug must be plugged into a ground-
ed and insulated socket.
• Disturbed or damaged supply cables can only be
replaced by a qualified person. When replacing,
use the same type of supply cable.
• Type of supply cable - H O V V - F 3G 1.5
IMPORTANT:
We recommend that you do not con-
nect the dishwasher to an extension cable.
• The sealing tape must be attached to the lower side
of the worktop above your dishwasher as moisture
protection. It dissipates the steam released from your
device and protects the underside of the worktop.
•
This tape can be found after unpacking inside the
device.
• Before gluing the sealing tape make sure that the
underside of the worktop is clean.
• Remove the protective foil from the sealing tape.
• Glue the sealing tape to the underside of the worktop
Important:
If no sealing tape is glued on, there is a risk
that the underside of the worktop will be damaged.
