PRODUCT USAGE
NOTE: Make sure the Cordless Hand Mixer is charged before use. Do not operate
continuously for more than 1 minute.
1.
Always start mixing at the lowest speed, and by sliding the Speed Controller, increase the
speed according to the recipes.
2. To increase the speed, slide the Speed Controller forward ( ). To decrease the speed,
slide the Speed Controller backward ( ).
3.
When finished, slide the Speed Controller to “ O ” position.
CARE AND CLEANING
IMPORTANT: Make sure the Speed Controller is at “ O ” before attaching or removing Beaters.
Allow the appliance to cool completely before putting on or taking off parts, and before
cleaning the appliance.

Press the Eject Button to release the Beaters from the Cordless Hand Mixer.
2. Always remove the Beaters from the Cordless Hand Mixer before cleaning. Wash in
dishwasher, or by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse and wipe dry.
3.
Wipe the Cordless Hand Mixer with a damp cloth. Dry with a soft cloth.
NOTE: To avoid damage to the Cordless Hand Mixer, do not immerse in water.
