Troubleshooting

Some problems may be caused by minor faults that you can fix yourself. To 
do so, follow the instructions in the following table. If it is still not possible 
to resolve the problem, contact customer service. Do not repair the cooktop 
yourself.

Problem

An error message “E0” 
is displayed.

There is no cookware or 
an unsuitable cookware 
on the cooking surface.

Use a suitable cookware. 

The cooktop can only 
be operated with a pot 
or pan on the cooking 
surface.

An error message 
“E01” is displayed.

The cooktop is 
overheated.

Remove the plug from the 
power socket and clean 
the air intake and exhaust 
vents. Let the cooktop 
cool down completely 
before using it again. 

Contact customer service 
if the error persists.

An error message 
“E02” is displayed.

The cooktop is 
overheated. There is 
empty cookware or an 
unsuitable cookware on 
the cooking surface.

Remove the cookware 
from the cooktop. Let 
the cooktop cool down 
completely before using 
it again. 

Do not heat up an empty 
pot or pan. 

An error message 
“E03” is displayed.

The electricity supply is 
unstable. The voltage is 
too low or high.

Remove the plug from 
the power socket and 
reconnect it again after a 
few minutes.
