Grease filling on universal joint
3 points.

Grease filling on center pin
Fill grease at center pin before working everyday.
In case of insufficient grease, steering device
becomes sluggish. Add grease at oil cup showed
in the picture below.

Filling grease on shaft of connection device
Fill grease at oil cup as per the diagram.

Filling grease on steering cylinder pin
Apply grease on steering cylinder pin.

Check of tyre pressure, wearing, damage
and loosened bolt
Refer to operation of tyre and check the tyre
(page 35).
■
Check working of steering wheel
1. Turn steering wheel to left and right after
starting up engine to check working status of
connection device.
2. In case of abnormity, contact with your local
distributor or appointed service company and
accept their inspection.

Check contamination and damages of
license plate
■
Check each lamp and instrument
1. Check each lamp for flashing on and off status.
Grease filling
2. Check working status of each instrument.
■
Check working status of horn
Check sound and working status of horn.
■
Rear mirror check
Check rear mirror angle, any contamination or
damages.
■
Oil or water leakage check
Walk around the vehicle and check for any
leakage.
