4 Using and adjusting loader
4.11 Main operation using the loader
Here, notice the basic operation using loader. In
addition, by using a variety of subsidiary
devices, open up new and practical operation.
Pay attention to the following issues:
* When loading soil with shovel, sudden rotation
and brakes to lift the working fittings may cause
rollover, so such a similar operation is
prohibited
* When digging with shovel, do not load just with
one side of the shovel.
* Never dig during the connecting state (when the
machine is bent) for deepening.
* When moving, keep the center of gravity as low
as possible, about 40cm high from the ground.
* When transporting sand on ramp or inclined
surface with sand loaded, drive forward up and
backwards down.
* Usually, the work site should be cleaned up to
flat ground.
* Plugging and digging in high speed is very
dangerous. Do avoid such operation.

Loading of accumulated sand
1. Adjust the knifepoint of the shovel level; push it
into the accumulated sand when the machine is
moving forward.
2. Fully plug the shovel into the sand and pull up
the shovel when the machine is moving
forward.
3. Shake the knifepoint up and down if it is not
fully plugged into the sand.

Digging and loading in a level state
1. Adjust the knifepoint of the shovel a little down
from level; descend the shovel and dig down
when the machine is moving forward. The proper
digging depth at one time is 10
～
15cm.
2. Adjust the knifepoint up and down; meanwhile
take the lifting operation and digging forward. At
the same time, shell of sand at a time.
■ Filling operation
1. Adjust the knifepoint of the shovel level, facing
the channel, move the accumulated sand.
2. Adjust the knifepoint of the shovel level
facing the meddle of the channel, then lean the
shovel to pull the sand into the channel.
■ Soil preparation
1. Turn and swing the shovel repeatedly, and then
turn the shovel strictly. Dispel the sand in the
shovel during moving backwards the
machine.
2. Secondly, turn the shovel to keep the knifepoint
contacting the ground. Prepare the ground by
scratching the ground and moving backwards.
3. Keep the shovel level. Place the handle bar of
the shovel on the loader framework and keep
it on [FLOATED]. Prepare the soil by moving
backwards.
■ Loading on the truck
Conform the work site and choose the method of
the least rotating and moving distance and the
highest effect.

Across loading
1. As for the deepening of loader, place the truck
at the position of 60° and keep the truck
waiting.
2. After digging and deepening by shovel, move
backwards directly, then the truck is between
the loader and the accumulated sand; load the
sand.
3. This method takes the least time of cycle and of
the highest effect so the time spending on
loading is the least.

V-type shifting loading method
1. As for the deepening of loader, place the truck
at the position of 60° and keep the truck
waiting.
2. When digging and deepening by shovel,
moving backwards and control the sneering
wheel, facing the truck, forming an upright
angle. Move forward the truck again and place
it on the truck.
3. Operate in a small angle is to reduce the cycle
time which is the most effective way.
