16. all persons using the tractor
should have knowledge of its
proper operation and should read
this manual carefully.
17. never get off the tractor without
setting the parking brake, lowering
the implement to the ground and
shutting of the tractor.
18. no alterations should be made to
your KIOTI tractor.
12. never start the engine while stand-
ing on the ground.
13. only the operator should ride on
the tractor unless a passenger
seat is installed. Keep bystand-
ers away from the tractor while in
operation.
14. When getting on and off the tractor,
handholds and step plates should
always be used. this will help to
prevent accidental slips trips and
falls.
15. Be sure to scrape off mud or soil
from your shoes before mounting
the tractor.

other agricultural equipment while
under the influence of alcohol,
drugs or while fatigued.
10. While working in cooperation with
other tractors always communi-
cate your intentions.
11. do not start your tractor by short-
