Step 1: Frame fireplace with nailing tabs oriented as
shown.

Step 2: Use Drywall to finish face of wall.
NOTE: Drywall will be flush with fireplace face.
Step 2: Use concrete board to cover face of fireplace.
NOTE: Leave clearance of 1-3/16” on top and 1-1/16” on
both sides and bottom to install and remove screen.
A Tile Lip Kit is Available. Part No. ZCV-TLK
Step 3: Apply brick, tile, or other non-combustible material
over fireplace face.
NOTE:
Leave clearance of 1-3/16” on
top and 1-1/16” on sides and bottom to install and remove
screen.
Step 4: Install Screen. Refer to Screen installation
instructions.
