GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING (Continued.) 

 

Cleaning 

 

Clean stainless steel and plastic components using a cloth damped in hot water and finish off 

wiping with a clean dry cloth. 

 

Remove grease or oil from metal parts with methylethyketone (MEK) or carbon tetrachloride (CTC) 

used sparingly and observing safety precautions associated with these solvents. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Recommended lubricants for general use  

 

Grease – Lithium based grease (JIS No.2), Urea based grease (JIS No.2) or Albania Grease No.2 

(Showa Shell Sekiyu)   

 

Oil – Sliding surface oil or turbine oil ISOVG32 ~ 68, Tonner Oil (Showa Shell Sekiyu) or Vactra 

No.2S (Mobile Oil)  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CAUTION 

Failure to observe the instructions could result in damage to the
