INSTALLING SANDING DISC TILTING TABLE & ANGLE POINTER
1. Align the sanding disc table’s (A) Fig.15 curved keyway in the sanding disc housing
slot (B). Secure the table in place using the spring loaded lock handle (C) and large
washer (D). The sanding disc table can tilt from 0° to 45°.
Note: The sanding disc table must be at a distance of about 1/16” away from the sand-
ing disc to prevent accidents if workpiece or your fingers get stuck in the gap while
the sander is running. This can be done by adjusting the position of the sanding disc
on the motor shaft.
2. Install the angle pointer (A) Fig.16 to the sanding disc housing (B) using three wash-
ers (C) behind the angle pointer, and one more washer and pan head screw (D) on
the other side of the angle pointer. An adjustment to the angle pointer will be needed,
see section Adjustments for instructions to how to set the table at 0°.
INSTALLING SANDING BELT TILTING TABLE
1. Install the sanding belt tilting table (A) Fig.17 to the sanding belt housing (B) using
the using the spring loaded lock handle (C) and large washer (D). The sanding belt
table can tilt from 0° to 45°.
Note: No angle scale or pointer is provided, a combination square must be used to
set perfect 0

angles or any angle in between.
Note: The sanding belt table must be set at a distance of about 1/16” away from the

the sander is running.
INSTALLING TOOL STORAGE
1. The tool storage clip (A) Fig.18 is used to store the miter gauge, the tool storage
clip (B) is used to store the supplied hex. keys. Mount both clips as shown on the
back of the sanding belt housing (C) using countersunk head screws (D).
