Send the IR commands.

Send the OFF command via IR.
IRDLY:[XXX].
Set the sending interval time between IR ON
and IR USER to XXX (default 3s = 003, range of
1 to 180s).

Set the delay to 3 seconds
IRPCS[X].
Send the OFF command X time(s).
IRPCS1.
Send OFF command 2 times.
IROFFINT:[XX].
Set sending interval of IR OFF to XX
(default 2s = 02, range of 1 to 10s).

Set the delay between sending the
OFF command to 2 seconds.
