ATTACH THE HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
❶ Position the handlebar assembly so the start button is facing
the seat, and the steering rod is aligned with the hole in the
front axle assembly. Figure 3.2
❷ Insert the steering rod and wire connector through the
opening located on the top of the quad body. Be sure the
end of the steering rod is fully inserted through the hole in
the front axle assembly.
❸ Press the handlebar down into the quad body until the tabs
on the base of the steering wheel snap into place.
❹ Be sure the handlebar is securely attached and turns freely.
❺ Attach the white wire connector coming from the bottom of
the steering wheel assembly to the white wire connector
coming from to the underside of the quad body.
