CHARGE THE BATTERY
Important! Before using the vehicle for the first time the battery
needs to be charged for a full 8 hours. The table below shows
the time needed for charging the Kid Trax 6 volt battery.
First charge 12 hours. Do no charge more than 20 hours
Normal charge 8-12 hours. Do not charge more than 20 hours
❶ Insert the battery charger connector into the charger port
located on the dashboard. Figure 4.1
❷ Plug the charger into a standard 120V wall outlet.
Note: The charger may feel warm during charging. This is
normal and not a cause for concern.
❸ After charging is complete unplug the charger from the wall
outlet and unplug the battery connector from the charging
port.
