Installing / Replacing Bags and Cages - Bottom Load
1. Slip the fi lter bag over the wire cage retainer until the bottom of the bag is in contact with the
bottom of the retainer. The fi lter media seam should be located 180 degrees from the gap in the re-
tainer sleeve (see Figure 7).

2. Check the fi lter bag for proper length. The fi lter bag
should be only 2” longer than the bag retainer cage.
3. Tuck the overextended portion of the fi lter media inside
the retainer sleeve (see Figure 8).
4. Place the clamp over the bag and locate the clamp
approximately in the middle of the retainer sleeve. The
clamp head should not be placed over the seam or over
the gap in the retainer sleeve (see Figure 9).
